Yes – we provide all necessary CAD files in advance so you can check your design with our spindle.

Alternatively, CAD models can be downloaded directly as STEP files from the online shop.

    • All motor spindles come with a standard 3-year warranty.
    • Optional extension up to 6 years
    • All other products come with a 2-year warranty.

For long-term reliable operation, regular maintenance is required.

Typical maintenance tasks by the user:

  • Cleaning of the spindle
  • Cleaning/ replacing filters (if applicable)
  • Retightening mounting screws
  • Checking cables and hoses for secure fit
  • Regreasing the clamping system
  • Functional testing of all sensors
  • Annual coolant replacement

Maintenance intervals depend on usage and operating time.

Additionally, SPINOGY can perform a maintenance at any time. This also allows potential issues to be identified and resolved early on.

Yes – our assembly team has extensive experience repairing motor spindles from various manufacturers.

  • Standard: Approximately 2 weeks
  • Express option (extra charge): processing within 1 week or 3 days

Yes – provided a replacement spindle is available, it can be rented for 30% of the net list price for the duration of the repair. Alternatively, we offer an express repair service.

We also recommend keeping a second spindle on-site as a replacement to avoid downtime through quick replacement.

The cost of bearing replacement for a SPINOGY motor spindle depends on the specific spindle type and the bearings used. After receiving and inspecting the spindle, we provide a transparent cost estimate including all necessary work and replacement parts.

The calculation consists of several flat-rate fees:

  • Maintenance fee
  • Balancing fee
  • Front bearing replacement fee
  • Rear bearing replacement fee

During the bearing replacement, the spindle is not only equipped with new bearings but also fully serviced, inspected, and rebalanced. This ensures that it returns to a technically flawless condition.

Yes – options can be retrofitted, or an existing spindle can be modified.
