All SPINOGY spindles are delivered with the respective screw set for mounting the spindle. Additionally, depending on the spindle, the following items are included:

  • MTC: Mini clamping nut, spindle clamping wrench, shaft clamping wrench.
  • QTC: Anti-seize paste for clamping set.
  • ATC: Anti-seize paste for clamping set.

Yes – we are a system supplier. All necessary accessories to operate our motor spindles are available, including:

  • Electrical and pneumatic control systems
  • Cooling system and accessories
  • Clamping devices

A frequency inverter is required to control a SPINOGY high-frequency spindle.

Options:

  • Directly with matching accessories: Line filter, braking resistor, connection cable
  • Plug & Play solution: ready-to-use motor spindle control Xcontrol-E, including all required components for safe operation.

Yes – the frequency inverters are parameterised according to the respective spindle configuration.

No – one advantage of SPINOGY motor spindles is that the spindle holder is already integrated into the spindle, unlike conventional round spindles.

Additionally, the intelligent mounting system allows the spindle to be screwed either from the front or the rear.

The Xcool system is developed and manufactured by us and is precisely matched to our motor spindles.
