The X22 motor spindle is available with the following power ratings:

  • 1.5 kW
  • 2.2 kW (standard configuration)
  • 3.0 kW
  • 4.0 kW

Each X22 HF-spindle is available as a 2-pole or 4-pole version.

The X22 motor spindle is available with the following tool interfaces:

  • Manual tool change (MTC): ER20, ER25
  • Semi-automatic tool change (QTC): HSK-C25, HSK-C32
  • Automatic tool change (ATC): SK20, HSK-E25, HSK-E32
  • Direct shaft change (DTC): 3mm, 1/8’’, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm

The X22 motor spindle can be configured for a maximum speed of up to 65,000 rpm, making it ideal as a milling spindle for precise and high-speed machining processes.

Following speed levels are available:

  • 25,000 rpm
  • 30,000 rpm (standard configuration)
  • 35,000 rpm
  • 40,000 rpm
  • 45,000 rpm
  • 50,000 rpm
  • 55,000 rpm
  • 60,000 rpm
  • 65,000 rpm

The X22 motor spindle is a multi-purpose milling spindle and is ideal for processing following materials:

  • Wood
  • Aluminium
  • Plastics
  • Composite materials

Other metallic materials such as copper, brass, or steel can also be machined well with the spindle. For more demanding machining of these materials, the use of the X30 motor spindle is recommended

Yes, all speed options up to 65,000 rpm are also available with the air-cooled X22 HF motor spindle. This makes the X22 on of the highest-speed air-cooled high- frequency spindles on the market.

The combination of high speed, compact design and air-cooled technology makes the X22 ideal for demanding applications in CNC milling machines and robotic systems.

The X22 HF motor spindle has a maximal weight of up to 6,3 kg, depending on the version, and is one of the lightweights of all high-frequency spindles in its class.

  • MTC version: maximum 4.9 kg
  • QTC version: maximum 4.9 kg
  • ATC version: maximum 6.3 kg
  • DTC version: maximum 6.3 kg

Thanks to the low weight of the X22, it is ideal for the use in robotic systems and dynamic CNC applications.

The exact weights can be retrieved in the respective technical data sheets.

The X22 motor spindle is, depending on the cooling version, available with different IP protection classes and can be adapted optimally to the respective operating environment.

X22 air-cooled spindle:

  • IP20 (standard configuration)
  • IP50 optional (with filter mat)

X22 liquid-cooled spindle:

  • IP54 (standard configuration)
  • IP65 optional

This makes the X22 milling spindle suitable for both clean production environments and more demanding applications with increased protection requirements, for example in the presence of dust or splashing water.

The SPINOGY X22 motor spindle is equipped with two high-precision GMN bearings:

  • One bearing at the shaft nose.
  • One bearing at the shaft end.

Advantages of the 2-bearing design:

  • High rigidity in combination with a short shaft end
  • Less heat generation compared to systems with multiple bearings.
  • Lower maintenance costs compared to systems with multiple bearings.

Bearing options:

  • Steel bearings (standard configuration)
  • Hybrid bearing/ ceramic bearings (optional and depending on speed option)

The X22 milling spindle can be adapted optimally to different applications and requirements.

Yes, the SPINOGY X22 motor spindle is specifically designed for industrial continuous operation. It runs reliably in 24/7 operation at several customer sites, including at Geberit in the production of flush plates.

Yes – the compact design of the SPINOGY X22 spindle makes it particularly suitable for use on robots.

Since robots often have limited payload capacity, they profit from our compact and high-performance milling spindles. For example, the X22 with HSK-E25 is used by our customer AV&R for polishing turbine blades.

Yes – the SPINOGY X22 high-frequency spindle is universally applicable and can be operated on almost any CNC machine. It offers the flexibility to be used both in existing machines and in customer-specific systems.
