X22 or X30?
The right motor spindle for your application.
Compact. Lightweight. High-speed.
The X22 is the most compact and lightest milling spindle in its power class – with up to 65,000 rpm, 4.0 kW of power and a weight of no more than 6.3 kg. Ideal for fine machining, high cutting speeds and tight installation spaces – for example on robots and compact CNC machines.
With eight available tool interfaces, the X22 adapts flexibly to different applications – from manual tool clamping to fully automatic tool change.
Powerful. For demanding machining.
The X30 is the powerful series for demanding machining – with up to 6.0 kW of power and speeds of up to 45,000 rpm. It is designed for larger tools and higher machining forces and offers six available tool interfaces, including HSK-E40 and SK30.
Depending on the application, the X30 is available with different tool interfaces and clamping systems – up to fully automatic tool change (ATC) for use in machining centres.
Two series. Countless configurations.
X22 and X30 form the basis for a wide range of individual motor spindles. Motor, speed, tool interface, cooling and sensor system can be configured within each series to suit the application. For a quick and easy start, there are also sensibly compiled base configurations to choose from. They provide a proven starting point and can be individually adapted to the respective application if required.
